柠檬煎鱼排- Sautéed Fish with Lemon and Caper

祝大家新年好!


这个长假休得我好累, 今天早上还全身酸痛呢, 今天先上个简单的晚餐给大家新年报个到.


柠檬煎鱼排- Sauté Fish with Lemon and Caper


材料:

4片龙利鱼排(Swai Fillet)
2TB 黄油 & 2TB 橄榄油
2个柠檬的汁和皮削,
½ 杯鸡汤,
½ 杯白酒,
2 TB Caper (酸花蕾)
葱花
盐和胡椒
面粉



做法:


- 把鱼片吸干水, 撒盐和胡椒, 拍上面粉,

- 烧热锅, 放黄油和橄榄油烧掉黄油里的水份, 加入鱼片, 两面煎黄, 取出, 放在微波炉(盘上盖个湿毛巾)加热过的盘里,

- 倒入白酒,鸡汤, 柠檬的汁和皮削, 烧滚, 加葱花,Caper, 略收汁, 浇在鱼上, 就好了.

配个很简单的主食,鸡汤烧开后到入全麦的couscous关火焖5分钟, 拌入葱花,橄榄油,盐和胡椒, 就是啦.

蔬菜是橄榄油,蒜炒合掌瓜和甜红椒, 盐和胡椒调味.
