广式腊饭煲—

材料:

3杯日本圆米
1杯圆糯米
4条广式腊肠
1条广式腊肉切半
2 罐鸡汤
2勺金兰酱油膏
1 LB 雪豆

把米洗清水,沥干,倒进砂锅, 加鸡汤, 大火烧开, 翻动一下, 把腊肠,腊肉放在米上, 盖盖小火焖烧10分钟, 关火再焖15分钟, 取出腊肉,腊肠切片放回饭上, 雪豆用油,盐,炒软,放在饭上, 加酱油膏拌匀, 吃吧. 锅巴好香.
