雪菜豆腐砂锅

1. 用油炒香肉末,大蒜粒,辣椒,加雪菜,酱油,酒,糖,胡椒,再翻几下,勾欠.

2. 嫩豆腐切块放进砂锅,加高汤,洒一点鸡粉,盖上(1)料,小火隈10分钟.

用油炒冬菜一把(洗过,挤干水),辣椒,加甜面酱,毛豆,炒熟,加豆干丁,金兰酱油膏,滴麻油,好了.
