家常狮子头

绞肉,酱油,糖,酒,香油,葱花,蛋,鸡粉,太白粉,姜粉,胡椒,拌匀上劲,加捏碎的老豆腐一块拌匀,捏成大圆子,每个圆子外面滚上一层干淀粉,用油炸成金黄备用.

沙锅加鸡汤,加酱油,糖,入肉圆子,煮30分钟,加青菜煮软,上桌.

雪菜百叶--现成的冷藏的雪菜,用水冲过,沥干. 冰冻的百叶,解冻,切宽丝,用热碱水泡过(五分钟),再泡冷水,沥干.

用油炒香肉末,切碎的干辣椒,葱花,下毛豆炒熟,下雪菜炒几下,加百叶,盐,料酒,糖,胡椒,香油,炒匀,起锅
