Thanks for your reply.
I read through the document you attached but I failed to find any words
that mentioned no assistance needed by Chinese Red Cross.
Playing a leading role in appeals to such devastating natural disaster,
Red Cross Australia should act proactively to call for appeals to all
Australian especially Australian Chinese. I strongly urge Red Cross
Australia to treat this as pririoty, set up online appeal for China
earthquake and make it available for those who are willing to do their
best to help.
