Ingredients
1 1/4 cups bread flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon white sugar 1tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
Topping: any herb as desired
1 tablespoon rosemary 1 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 dash ground black pepper 1 tablespoons olive oil
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using your knuckle, make indentations in the dough about 1/2-inch apart, then prick dough with fork. Brush top with olive oil while it's halfway cooked. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
