俺本来实在懒得给你讲，看你岁数也大了，总不能让你把困惑带到坟墓里吧。 efficient mkt hypothesis：capital mkt理论上有3个模式，如果能达到最高层次的strong-efficient,那就确实不需要fund managers了。但是市场有漏洞，有failures,跟永动机不可能实现一样。fund managers在现阶段绝对有价值，他们可以exploit abnormal profit。 具体他们怎么操作，那就不是你那cup of tea了。您就省省吧。
