This noon, I had a 1-hour nap, and when I woke up, found out that my feet are still undiscomfortably cold and some parts are aching, yet my hands are better. Then I lay down there for another 30 minutes, the situation didn't improve. It is true that it is a cold day today and I didn't have warm socks on , but other than that, this does remind me that I do need to do somthing serious to give my feet good circulation....like taichi.
