AMP Capital China Growth Fund - Float/IPO expected to close 8 December 2006
AMP Capital is one of 52 institutions world-wide, and is currently the only Australian company, to be granted a Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor Licence by the Chinese regulator, securing this rare access to China A shares.
The AMP Capital China Growth Fund will be listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. The Fund will primarily focus on investing in China A shares, which are shares in Chinese companies listed on the Shanghai or Shenzhen stock exchanges.
