In the Middle of the Desert, I find a Young Tree
Beautifully standing
Smiles to embrace the harsh
Sun that kills all
The tender greens in sight
My body, exhausted after the journey
has found its true companion
So I name it after you
And lay in its edible, purplish shade
The world fades away
For the time being
WHO "I" am no longer matters
What "I" have learned has been undone
I am convinced
We were born from the same Mother
Fed on the same breasts
Though thousand miles apart
I want it simple, this love!
In the middle of the desert, so close to you
My face in your palms, slowly undressing
Renaming each minute of our love’s passing
In the middle of the desert
I have found you and the life
All around you
And all the lives inside me
