I just received a package from United States Oil fund (USO). The package contained Schedule K-1 (form 1065) and other instructions.
Following K-1 instruction, data needs to enter into form 1065 (or schedule K) for USO as "public traded partership". However, as stocks, we entered transactions into Schedule D (as other ordinary stocks).
Can you share how you handled USO transactions for last year trading? Thanks in advance. |
