韭菜非常好种,四季常青,尤其是从不招虫子,鹿们还有野兔松鼠们也都敬而远之。所以我主动承包了这几盆韭菜(还有葱们:)。 去年春天从朋友家分得一些老根,种了两盆,今年拔出来又分了一次,两盆变四盆。每次割一盆就够用了~~~左边那盆是最早割的;上周割了正面三盆中的左边一个;昨天割了中间的炒了虾:) ![](/upload/album/03/ce/d5/0c04020f29661yh2Kufk.jpg)

秋天是吃海鲜的最佳季节,大概是因为海鲜性凉,正好中和一下秋天的燥气?而韭菜跟海鲜其实还蛮搭,冻箱里有大虾仁,化冻洗干净弄干爽,加点盐胡椒粉淀粉腌制几分钟,我还加了一勺自己做的葱姜油。不粘锅,先摆好虾再开火: ![](/upload/album/03/ce/d5/0c04020f3635OgRg7oR9.jpg)
