先瞧瞧我的准备工作,一大一小两只锅子(大锅子用来烧开水,小锅子适合掂锅,咋掂都飞不出去)还有一个漏勺

用大锅子烧开水,牡蛎烫开壳,约半分钟就可以了,锅子一定要大点,开水要多烧点,要不然牡蛎一进去,水就凉了

洒上盐和辣椒粉,淹2min

小锅子放火上烧干,放油,烧热,加花椒粉,孜然粉和姜末爆锅,加入上述牡蛎,慢慢掂锅约半分钟,停火,加入葱蒜,再掂锅,盖锅焖几分钟
