家里青菜不够了,要去买菜了。

爆炒虾的要诀是要用中大火将大虾两面都煎红,最后浇上糖酒酱油等:

凉拌海带丝:将海带丝用开水过一下,伴上糖醋酱油熟芝麻:

馅饼:白菜香菇虾米馅。用冷水和面要软,醒一小时。

焦溜丸子:刚刚学的,碎肉加剁碎的米饭一点盐,淀粉,水, ( 不放任何调料 ) 一直搅,在 8 分热的油中炸至金黄。调汁:糖酱油醋淀粉。用少许底油将汁炒熟,将至炸好的丸子倒入,味道不错:
