          上次和小馄钝大姐姐谈起美食,她让我把好吃的贴在博克上,我就试试看吧,澳洲做中国菜还是挺方便的,主要是买中国食品很方便,品种也很多。我还在图书馆借了书学做寿司,做寿司的工具和调料在亚洲食品超市也很容易买到;做甜点也很方便,澳洲超市现成的饼干粉,按料搅拌、烘烤就可以了;迷你烧卖就是拿饺子皮包上糯米加肉沫做的馅;酸菜鱼和水煮鱼在华人食品超市都有现成的调料和腌味料,非常容易做;中国菜吗嘻嘻,都是打电话问妈妈,一点点学会的。当然我平时吃的很简单,这些都是请客时临时露一手的,不过天生我喜欢美食,做的菜都是家常菜,很简单,希望大家多多指教、多多分享经验。最喜欢请同学朋友来吃饭了,喜欢韩剧“大长今”里面的一句话:“做食物的人最高兴的就是看见品尝食物的人脸上满意的笑容,食品是要用心去做的,在品尝食物时就能感受到做食品人的那份心意。”希望朋友们能感受到这份心意..........
