Sept 25 128lb, 1900kcal breakfast: green tea lattee 150+ peach 100=250kcal snack: cereal drink( half) 80kcal lunch: House Soup 400kcal snack: fruit 100kcal dinner: green tea latte 150+ cookie 80+ apple 50 =270kcal snack: trail mix 400 + 8treasure soup 400= 800kcal well!!! I should not eat the trail mix!!! jusk food..
Sept 24, 128lb, 2700kcal breakfast: evggie pork soup 400 kcal lunch: 2 chicken thighs & some rice 400kcal snack: 1 tofu desert 200kcal + soy milk 100kcal=300kcal dinner: dinning out with friend: so.. a bunch again with fried stuff... assuming 1500kcal ok, restrict on weekdays, follow template!

They cook too good. I ate too much. Next time, I should bring my meal over.
