1、辞职，除了resign还用什么？我听同事说好像defender，但是找了半天好像没有这个意思。

2、拿到两个offer，第二个offer薪水比第一个高，于是第一家公司出相同的薪水聘请。这个用一个单词怎么说？
如果原来的公司也出相同的薪水，也是这个单词吗？
