Good news/bad news for the Taiwanese president.
Bad news is the Taiwan president, Chen Shui-bian will likely go to jail. The good news is they can't send him away until after he finishes his term.
They can, however, send his wife who is also implicated in the crime.
The Taiwan High Prosecuteors Office is saying they have enough evidence to indict Chen and three former aides.
