对不起，篡改了下题目：把《靜心就是接受自己》，改成：《靜心就是跟自己呆在一起》，接不接受再说。
查音乐碰到这个油管，不完全同意作者说的：静心只是个过程，最后能不能接受自己那不一定，静心呆坐一时半会就能接受自己？有这么好的事。
