直到2018一月底才想写新年打算真是有些太迟了，但是相对于中国新年来说还来得极。以下是我的计划：1.坚持练习冥想，每天入睡前进行30分钟，早晨起床后进行30分钟。2.要改变思维方式，即建立正面的思维，排去负面的思维。3.每天段练一个小时，以步行，慢跑为主，加上重力练习和赖力练习。4.每天读书2个小时，每月读完一本书。5.每月学会一道新的菜式，一个新的点心。6[阅读全文]
