I actually like this English teacher a lot, his Chinese is super good with 正宗老北京味儿，哈哈哈

Communication is not what you say, it's what you deliver... You could be fluent in English, you could be nailing all the grammars, but if you don't have substance, you're not good in a language. So, with this said, I think Jack Ma is awesome in English...:)
