我多爱你

要知我有多爱你，让我来告诉你：

最近重读了白朗宁夫人的诗集《葡萄牙人的十四行诗集》(The Sonnets from the Portuguese)，这本诗集共收录了其44首十四行诗。《我多爱你》（How do I love thee?）是其中的第43首，也是最为有名的一首爱情礼赞诗。有感于现有诸多译本在理解和再现方面的不足，遂决定自己来做个尝试，看看能不能更好一些将诗人发自内心的对爱情的讴歌用中文将其表达出来，倘能如愿，此心深慰矣。

说明：诗中的“How do I love thee？”，正如其他译者翻译的那样，本应直译为“我怎样爱你？”或“我如何（地）爱你”。但考虑到诗人要表达的是“我多么地爱你”或“我有多爱你”，同时“我怎样爱你”不太象诗歌的语言，故在翻译时，将题目译为“我多爱你”，而将第一句中的“How do I love thee？”译成“要知我有多爱你”，这样与下面的“让我告诉你”的内容就自然连贯了。
