It is so nice to be back home again, but I would also want to say my visit to XXX have been most enjoyable and meaningful. I am very happy for having the opportunity meeting with the faculty members. I also had the chance to see and experience a lot of activities during the day.  

I appreciate your meticulous organizing of the interview. Your quick and detailed emails, the big pack of material mailed to me that contained so many information I would like to know, the easy to read itinerary, and the step by step direction, the lunch meeting with the residents, all these things made my interview easier and more enjoyable. I am extremely satisfied with the XXXX Suite that I lived for two nights.  I found it because it is listed on the booklet you mailed to me. I know you have done a lot of preparation for our interviews. I saw your preparing the folders the day before the interview day. 

I truly hope I can join the residency program next June. I will alway remember you have tried your best to make the life of the resident candidates a little easier. You kindness definitely deserves my sincere thanks.
