换组

hello,guys
As you already know I switched to XXX team. Here I want to say thanks to people who helped me in the pass 6 months. and I have to admit I have been struggling in this team. I don't want offense anybody in the team. I think It's good for me to find another team to make everybody happy.
again hope your team goes well. and see you around. 

今天没有参加组里的会. 给组里发一短信。 组里中有给过我帮助的人，我表示感谢。但更多的是不愉快的经历。 我不想冒犯别人，但也不想被人欺负。换一个环境，对大家都好。

 

下午， 大头叫我去他办公室。他是我manager的manager. 来公司多年，从未有正式接触。在公司变动的时刻，这种情况，很吓人啊。可我还没来得及紧张，他马上补充道， nothing bad.

给了我一颗定心丸。

 

原来，他想了解一下我原组的头（not my manager）。 我说，我不想在背后说别人。

他说，you got to say something, just between you and me.

我便述说了那件与头之间不愉快的incident。

他问，头是不是让你测试所有的型号？

我不置可否。实说，没有。但我知道他是从我的manager那听来的， 而我的manager一定是误解了我的意思。

我只能避开他的问题，继续讲事件冲突。

有人来了，大头中断了谈话。说再找时间。

 

以为离开原组，事情就完了。怎么还惊动了上层？！我不想把事闹大。对谁都不好。
