奇虎贷款利率 - CA, FL, GA, IL, MD, TX, VA, WA - 8月5日星期一

SUMMARY:(2019年8月5日星期一)为了应对川普政府的贸易战压力,中国政府祭出汇率大杀器,离岸人民币汇率终于破7。受此影响,美股指及美10年期国债收益率周一开市大跌,美股开盘跌600余点,美债收益率跌12个基点跌至1.75%(要知道就在10个月前,美债收益率可是在3.16%的高程)。这一切对房贷利率而言,都是天大的好消息!目前加州$484K的零费用重贷利率,最低已经可以做到3.5% with NO cost了(见下)。

正所谓,房贷利率,有最低,只有更低!
