奇虎贷款利率 - CA, FL, GA, IL, MD, TX, VA, WA - 8月1日星期四

奇虎贷款房贷利率(CA、FL, GA, IL, MD、TX, VA、WA)

'SUMMARY:受昨天近十年来美联储第一次降息的影响,今天(2019年8月1日星期四)的房贷利率价格继续变好!目前重新贷款45万左右的利率,30年固定为3.75%零费用(再好一点儿就可以做到3.625%了!),15年固定为3.125%零费用。购房贷款45万金额,30年固定的利率为3.625%,15年固定仍为3%。
