I am sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the service you received during a recent visit to your local Office Depot store. When you enter one of our stores you are our guest, and as such are entitled to be greeted by knowledgeable employees who are willing and eager to assist you. From your comments, it appears that this is not the level of service that you received, and we regret disappointing you.
