Any American Politicians Talked about Work Injury and Workers' Comp System?

It's a big issue for workers, especially for laborers. I realize this only after I suffered work injury and had to fight by the WC system. This USA is called by the politicians a "rule of law", but the reality is so much the opposite. The "law" is not the language of the commoner, by the commoner, or for the commoner. A work injury can be premediated by some parties for a murder, and  these murders can get away from punishment by the cover of a workers' compensation system.
