A Fable About Friendship 

Many year ago, there lived a small and intelligent Cleaner Wrasse and a large, arrogant and dull Grouper in a small coral reef in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.  One day, the Cleaner Wrasse rested on the Grouper thinking the Grouper was a rock.  The Grouper noticed and bit the fin of the Wrasse before he could get away.  But hearing the Wrasse’s pleas for mercy, the Grouper let him go.

Some time later, the Wrasse saw the Grouper again and this time he was in big touble.  A shark wa about to eat the Grouper, who wanted the Grouper for a snack at any cost, but since the shark was giant, it looked like it would win anyway.  But this was no ordinary shark, it was a mako shark, the fastest shark known to man, and he was close to gobbling up the Grouper.  “Not if I can help it,” thought the Wrasse.  Next he swam to the Mako Shark and told him he could eat the parasites on his body if he would be still.  Then, the Wrasse cleaned him long enough that the shark forgot about the Grouper.  Later, the Wrasse put his cleaning skills to good effect by cleaning the Grouper of the annoying parasites on his body.  They become best friends, and the Cleaner Wrasse continues to clean big fish like Grouper to this very day.

Space Captain Dave and his faithful robot dog, Bolt, were exploring a strange new solar system. 

“Uh oh,” said Captain Dave.  “We’re out of fuel.  We’ll have to land on that strange planet.” So they did.

When they got out of their ship, a group of strange creatures approached them.

Write what happened next.

But let’s start at the beginning.  It’s 3029, and humanity has conquered all nearby solar systems and established contact with other civilizations.  Dave is part of a large expedition dedicated to mapping the Orion Belt.  The solar system Dave is in is 30001508.7 light years away from Earth, and is very mysterious.  But the tesseract has allowed the expedition to get here.  Anyway, back to the story, suddenly, the creatures disappeared.  Dave decided to call for help and he activated the distress signal.  An hour later, the rescue ships arrived, only to find that Dave, Bolt and their ship gone.  Nothing has been heard of Dave since then.
