偏头痛的诊断标准

有先兆偏头痛和无先兆偏头痛两种。

有先兆偏头痛:

A：至少有2次发作

B：至少有下列3项中的1项

1。完全可逆转的先兆视觉症状

2。完全可逆转的感觉症状

3。完全可逆转的言语症状

C： 至少有下列2项中的1项

1。 至少有一种先兆症状：视觉或者单侧感觉症状

2。 至少有一种先兆症状逐渐发生，持续时间超过5分钟

3。 先兆症状持续时间通常超过5分钟，少于60分钟

D： 头痛症状应在先兆症状其间或先兆症状以后60分钟内发生

E： 排除其他原因引起的头痛。

 

无先兆偏头痛:

A： 至少发作5次

B：头痛发作持续4～72小时,小于15岁的儿童,头痛发作持续2～48小时。

C：头痛至少具有下列特点中的2点：

1。局限于单侧；

2。搏动性痛；

3。程度为中或重度(日常活动受限或停止)；

4。因上楼梯或其他类似日常躯体活动而加重。

D：头痛期至少具有下列中1项:

1。恶心和/或呕吐；

2。畏光和怕声。

E：排除其他原因引起的头痛。

 

偏头痛的诊断标准

A: 没有预兆的偏头疼

Recurrent headache,lasting 4-72 hours, unilateral, pulsating, moderate to severe, aggravated byphysical activity, association with nausea and/or photophobia and phonophobia.

A: At least 5attacks fulfilling criteria B thorough D

B: Lasting4-72 hr 

C: At least 2of the following characteristics:

1. Unilateral

2. Pulsating

3. Moderate or severe intensity

4. Aggravation by physical activity

D: Duringheadache, at least 1 of following:

1. Nausea and/vomiting

2. Photophobia and phonophobia

E: Notattributed to another disorder

 

B: 有预兆的偏头疼

Typical aura: visualand/or sensory and/or speech symptoms. Gradual development, lasting <1 hr, amix of positive and negative features, reversible, associated with a headachefulfilling criteria for migraine without aura.

A: At least 2attacks fulfilling criteria B through D

B: At least 1of the following, but no motor weakness

1. Fully reversible visual symptoms including positive features (flickeringlights,  

 spotsor lines) and/or negative features (loss of vision)

2. Fully reversible sensory symptoms including positive features (pins andneedles)

 and/ornegative features (numbness)

3. Fully reversible dysphasic speech disturbance

C: At least 2of the following:

1. Homonymous visual symptoms and/or unilateral sensory symptoms

2. At least one aura symptom develops gradually over 5 min and/or differentaura

 occurin succession over 5 min

3. Each symptom lasts: ≥ 5min, ≤ 60 min

D: Headachebegins during the aura or following aura within 60 min

E: Notattributed to another disorder
