40D costs of sensor cleaning and calibration at Canon Service?

I\'m planning to send my 40D to Canon service for sensor cleaning and calibration. But it\'s already out of warranty. Does anybody happen to know the costs for doing these two services at Canon? I tried to call Canon but they wouldn\'t tell me the estimates unless they have the camera in hand.
