ardent vs. arduous, secret in it

Beside other factors, most people are ardent in trading, at least by some degree, but not willing to do it arduously, me included in the past. Their fever is void, without due correction of this bad habit, they were bogged down deeper and deeper.
So be cool and take a hard labor.
