200英里接力赛、春日的祈祷

1. 200英里接力赛

星期天早晨，我去一个交接棒点为参加200英里接力赛的跑友们鼓劲加油，非常佩服他们和其他参加接力赛的人。我所在的马拉松训练团队蓝绿营有30人组成3队参加这个接力赛。每队10人，每人平均跑20英里，在3个接力时段跑完，听起来比较容易。刚开始，马拉松训练团队的业余教练们邀请我参加时，我一口答应。但是，当我了解到这是一个既有平路、又有山路、既有铂油水泥路、又有泥土小路、星期六和星期天不分白天黑夜连续跑的接力赛时，我立即打退堂鼓。据说，这次有150多个团队参加这个接力赛，其中还有极少数只有一个人参赛的“队”、一个人独立跑200英里。虽然没有毅力参加这样的接力赛，但是，我去其中一个交接棒点等待了一个小时，为我的跑友们和其他人加油。如果不是因为要去教会参加主日崇拜，我会等到最后一个跑步者经过这个交接棒点。

2. 春日的祈祷

星期天晚饭后与先生一起在居家附近小道散步。因为是夏令时，天还亮，先生好兴致，带着相机拍摄春花，特别是拍摄我们的州花-蓝帽子花。在春色中漫步，不仅使我想起Robert Frost的一首诗《A Prayer in Spring 》“OH, give us pleasure in the flowers today;And give us not to think so far away...”。在美丽的春景中我们度过了一段美好的时光。
