continue from this morning...
I spoke with the regional manager, and he said he will meet me on site at 2:00pm.
my maintenance guy been there all day working on build a new air return already, at 2:00pm, 5 guys show up at the property, the regional manager, local crew manager, the old lineman I used to work with, and the new guy, plus local health department...
anyway, the guy apologized about on the privacy issue, that is my biggest issue, I can't not let anyone look in my account as they wish... I have over hundred properties and at any given time I may have 10-30 accounts active...I can't let them just march in my properties at their convenience and tag me down. they assure that no lineman can look me up due to their privacy policy or they can be fire.
so at the end, I still have to fix the problem, which I have no problem and already doing it, and now I am in their shxt list.
