as we thought the rent roll was improving last month, then we fell back to the same old shoes, the new complex is dragging, we are spending more time on it but not seem to help..
of the 134 units we have, total 12 vacancies, and expecting 3 more open in Nov..

Commercial Office Park (10 units), collected 90%, 1 opens.
Apartment Complex (40 units), collected 90.9%, 4 opens.
Partnership Complex (40 units), collected 86.6%, 4 opens.
