the policy I carry on each of my property are Special form policy, in addition to the standard fire policy, it carries additional riders including
1. loss of rent up to 1 year (in case of fire)
2. landlord liability up to $500,000
3. medical payments
4. coverage for fungi, wet rot, dry rot and bacteria limited to 11,175.
5. terrorism
