renovation finished on last unit, all new plumbing, new electrical, new blower motor, new paint, new flooring, new toilet, new door bell... and its rented.
Rent on new leases will increase from $395 to $415/month, compare to previous owner's $325/month, old leases will also increase from previously $325 to $350.
