求助：化疗

亲戚在国内，乳腺癌，手术切除，现在做完第一期化疗。我想请教一下：
1。有没有什么好的药物可以预防或减少恶心，呕吐？
2。如何尽量提高白细胞？打升白针会有副作用吗？
3。放化疗期间，能吃蛋白粉，花旗参，灵芝之类的保健品吗？网上有人说会促进癌细胞增长，请提供些建议，多谢.

1. many anti-nausea meds, such as zofran, kytril, emend, aloxi. all are expensive. the most commonly used is probably still zofran which is cheaper, even better now that it is sold over-the-counter, you can probably buy it without prescription. Emend and Aloxi are newer and more powerful.

2. for white counts, G-CSF (neupogen, filgrastim) and GM-CSF (sargramostim), both need prescription and very expensive.

3. Other stuff would not work.
