为什么日本有这么多的长寿企业？

 

        同是亚洲国家、东方文化，日本有这么多的长寿企业，而中国，竟然没有一家百年企业，为什么？！

1. 多数这些企业是家族企业，经营传统或文化行业；

2. 企业的代际更替，通过儿子、女婿，或者日本特有、精选成年养子的传统，完成品牌的传承；

3.  The living company 作者有这样一段话很有意思：“Companies die because their managers focus on the economic activity of producing goods and services, and they forget that their organizations' true nature is that of a community of humans.”

4. 在另外一篇文章一位MacAdvisor在读者评论中，提到了社会环境：
