Last trip to Israel

This is my third and last trip to Israel. The company is in disarray. The team only lost one guy in this round of layoff. But some projects were cancelled. Some were frozen. There aren't a lot of interesting work ahead of them. Some people are already thinking of moving on. Like everywhere else in the world, the economy is not well here.

Some people were still making effort to make me feel welcome. Some people I worked closely with didn't bother. My relationship with them is still mainly a working one. My boss is not in a good situation. He is leading a few guys working on an almost frozen project. Most of the guys he is leading are in India. They had a reputation of turning out work that doesn't work. The level of technical expertise in the company are dropping fast.

I am going on a tour tomorrow. It is a small country. This tour is the third choice. I've already been to the top 2 choices. The best part of this trip is the first day. I was only going through the motions after that.
