请教求助：电脑故障，开机电源和硬盘灯亮，但无启动BIOS

芯片及机箱风扇都有工作，其它的就罢工了。不知是硬盘，主板，或CPU坏了。因为电源，风扇灯，和芯片及机箱风扇都有运转，所以应该就是电源问题吧。而且奇怪的是按住前面机箱的启动开关关掉电脑后过一会，电脑居然会自行重新启动。
几天前电脑就开始出现问题，有时正常运行中会自行中断并重新启动。而且这样重启后速度极慢，电脑能变猪脑。需要重新关机并关掉总电源后再行启动方能恢复正常运转。
系统装的是XP PRO。
另外想请问各位高手，如果重新装机（XP PRO)的话，如何恢复以前硬盘中的文件。

Hi,
you mentioned a few of problems. I think the most important is to determine the source of problems: harddisk or CPU, to which you can do the test as following:
1) insert a floppy disk driver, which should be installed a starting system
2)turn on the computer and it should automaticly start from the floppy disk. Otherwise you need to do some BIOS configuration to make it.
If the computer normally starts, it means the problem is on the hard disk. Otherwise, it is on the computer itself(CPU).
