游泳心得

昨天中午和教练碰头，游完以后，他走过来跟我击掌，说我进步很大。

回到办公室，他发消息说，Great job today! your hard work, patience and persistence is paying off! Proud coach today! 心情觉得很振奋，一天天在泳池里来回的挣扎的我，终于看到了一线光明。

下班以后看到教练在我们三项俱乐部的网页上贴了这段话，上面是我的照片和昨天游泳的录像。

One thing I love about swimming is how much it accurately parallels life - one can only be successful at it through patience, practice, and persistence. A few months ago 落花 started to learn to swim with the very basics - how to hold her body in the water, while kicking and blowing bubbles.  She has progressed beautifully and is staring to piece together a very proficient stroke. There is no quick fix! 

那一瞬间，我觉得眼泪都涌到眼眶里。他虽然不苟言笑，但是我的努力他都明白。真的没有其他办法，只能在岸边默默看着我一个人努力。他能做的只有这么多，剩下的毅力和勤劳，只有我自己去付出。人生，何处不是如此。

我也喜欢游泳，基本上保持每周一到二次，每次游泳40分钟的频率。目前只会蛙泳。
