Amy\'s misconception

I took Amy for skating last night. I have not skated for two weeks because of my sickness. Amy insisted on staking, so I want to try too. I was ok but weak. I usually feels the two hour time is not enough,; however, this time it seems so long for the two hour.
When we were driving back, Amy told me that Chinese people are dirty. I was surprised. I asked her how she got this opinion. She told me that people in China do not have bath. I told her that people in China do have bath, probably not everyday. She argued that there is no bathroom. People just go outside for pea and pop. I reallized that she really means countryside of China. I took Amy back to China for three weeks in 2006. We stayed in my parent's home for about two weeks. My parents are farmers whole life. We do not have toilet inside the house. Amy was so unconfortable when she was going to outside toilet. Indeed, we do not have a bathroom in my parents home. Is there any way to improve? Is it necessary to have a bathroom every family?
I told Amy that people live in city have bathrooms; howeve, people live in countryside usually do not have bathroom in their home. People live in countryside are poor but they are very good people, just like her grandpa and grandma.
