Day 1 (July 15, Tuesday):  Montreal – Calgary flight                                     

AC415 14:00-15:22 Toronto, AC133 17:00 -19:17 Calgary

Day 2 (July 16, Wednesday): Calgary                                                                       100km

Tour – Bow River, Provincial park – Kananski, where LI AN took Broken Mountain, passing Canmore – short visit there

Dinner and Stay: BBQ at Susan’s

Day 3 (July 17, Thursday): Calgary – Banff                                                   120km (1.5 hr)

Tour: Mountain Sulphur (Cart or Upper Hot Spring Pool), Bow Falls (behind Banff Springs Hotel), Lake Louis (after parking, go toward Hotel, trail to back side, able to rent boat), Moraine Lake

* Between Banff and Lake Louis, go 1A instead of #1 to see more animals (1 hr).

Stay: Banff (Red Carpet, 403-762-4184)                                                                    $164+tax10%

Day 4 (July 18, Friday): Banff – Yoho                                                                        85km

Tour:  Lake Emerald, Takakkaw Falls and Lake O’Hara (Bus 8:00, 10:30 back 2:30, 4:30 and 6:30 Reserve 250-343-6433)

Stay: Banff (Red Carpet, 403-762-4184)                                                                     $164+tax10%

Day 5 (July 19, Saturday):  Banff - Jasper                                                                  291km (4hrs+)

Tour:  Lake Louis, Lake Maligne and Lake Peyto (a must, need to climb to the hill), Columbia Icefield (take bus to cross road to be there). Pyramid Lake in Jasper (same night)

* Crossing is ONLY gas station                                                                   

Stay:  Jasper (Maligne Lodge, 1-780-852-3143)                                                          $179+tax11%

Day 6 (July 20, Sunday):  Jasper – Kamloops – Kelowna                                          440 + 150km (5+2hrs)

4-5 hrs from Jasper to Kelowna

Tour: Jasper: Athabasca Falls, Maligne Lake (take ferry to Spirit Island), Medicine lake

* leave in afternoon for Kamloops                                                        

Stay:  Kelowna (Days Inn Kelowna, 1.800.337.7177)                                                  $129 tax incl(aft -15%)

Day 7 (July 21, Monday): Kelowna – Vancouver                                                      350km (5hrs+)

4 hrs from Kelowna to Vancouver

Tour:  Okanagan Lake/village (over bridge), big vineyard (Mission Hill). Hope lake (if have time)

Day 8 (July 22, Tuesday): Vancouver tour

Tour:  Stanley Park (must, shutter bus inside), downtown nearby, UBC along the coast (nudie beach)

Tour:  One day tour package? Butchart Garden

Day 10 (July 24, Thursday): Vancouver – Seattle                  Amtrack: $75.00 all (12pm-4:30pm)

Tour:  alone the way                                                                 Greyhound: $53.03 ($71.40)

Hehe...I do like to live a life as 神仙 - go whereever I'd like to go. Unfortunately, we could only enjoy such a short a period - I feel sad that the trip is ending because we have completed more than half of it already. :(

2 weeks vacation is not long at all. Some companies have up to 4 or 5 weeks in Canada,but we only have 3. As I heard, in Europe, people have at least 4 weeks vacation. So, you must 鸡肚,强烈鸡肚!more. :)

As for 黄山, I went there 11 years ago with a friend, and we even went to another friend's homtown located at the foot of the Mountain.It was a very nice trip as well although I was not an experienced traveller then. :))
