I attended the graduation ceremony April 21, 2009. DonTurner, fourth generation Turners & Growers leader, gave an interesting andencouraging talk. There are few points form his speech:

Education is nothing if you are NOT determinate and persistent.So many talent people failed because they don’t have determination andpersistence characteristics.

Normal people adapt to world while NOT normal people letworld adapt to them. World needs normal people to sustain. But the world needsNOT normal people to make progress. Let us to be NOT normal people.
