【故事大纲】：

流落异乡

甚有赌术天份的齐欢畅﹝欧阳震华饰﹞18岁便躋身世界扑克王大赛，而且被视为夺魁热门。可惜，畅年少气盛，在赛前关头，受到对手乔正初﹝苗侨伟饰﹞的女朋友蓝小茵﹝郭少芸饰﹞诱惑，一时意乱情迷，竟然遗失3岁的亲弟齐欢乐﹝黄宗泽饰﹞。结果决赛时候，畅徬徨不安，赌不下去，赛事宣佈中止。初不费吹灰之力，重重打击了畅。

畅自始沉沦，以赌麻醉，且交上「衰运」，逢赌必输，结果惹上一屁股赌债，辗转流落菲律宾，可幸，遇上热心助人的周福荣﹝许绍雄饰﹞。

荣用苦肉计帮畅戒赌，畅感动不已，决重新做人。畅又因荣的关係，重遇当年积怨的初。初竟不计前嫌为畅安排工作，帮他赚钱还债，畅对初感激，视为恩人。畅、初、荣更成为好朋友。


兄弟相见不相认

畅返港寻亲时，重遇在菲律宾赌场认识的李青云﹝宣萱饰﹞。云急需还债，强行拿走畅的钱还债去。畅拿云没办法，只好就范。畅搬入新屋，没想到要与隐闭青年张来富同住。

几经转折，畅查得双亲已逝，决誓要寻回亲弟，未料，富竟是齐欢乐。可惜，富当年被拐后，忘却双亲和兄长，兄弟相见不相认。

畅发现富甚具赌的天份，能对52隻扑克牌过目不忘。畅著初安排让富到赌场当DEALER，算是给富重新投入社会的机会。富不知就里，渐渐视初为偶像，关係比跟畅更要好。

好友决裂．埋下伏线

畅获赌场集团大老闆赏识，没经初意见，直接钦点畅当赌场监控主任。事情令初对畅萌生介蒂。

另方面，初对好赌成性的云﹝宣萱饰﹞心动，甚至因她安危而失去理智，踩中老千陷阱，因而承受重大的名誉和金钱损失，被威胁同流合污，策划欺诈赌场。

畅知悉，劝初收手，奈何，初势成骑虎，反过来对畅起戒心。及后，初借助老千集团势力，陷害畅。两人从此决裂。

初私心作祟，把富立为入室弟子，将富扯入赌海。初以防万一，还收买了富的梦中情人谭珠美﹝杨怡饰﹞，藉此进一步控制富。


两雄相斗

另一边厢，落难的畅得云扶持，熬过难关，两人相处融洽。畅对云情深，奈何，云情倾初。曾经属於畅的亲情、爱情和事业，都恍惚输了给初，更甚者，初为求胜利，既然间接令荣死去。畅盛怒难平，决跟初正面交锋。畅得茵帮忙，参加超级赌王争霸战，年隔20多年，双雄再次在赌檯上一较高下。赌局谁胜谁负？


誓死反扑

富和初的感情远比畅想像来得深厚。初推波助澜，富反而视亲兄畅为仇人。初利用富的赌技，一方面为钱追击赌场，一方面令富和畅兄弟相残。

最后，畅和富兄弟会否和好？云对初及畅又如何选择？心谋远虑的初，结局又如何？
