||Feb Rent Update, Collected 104.6% rent, NO VACANCY FOR THE MONTH.
This is the best month in rentals last 20 months, but I will lose 3 tenants in March.
I can see more and more activities happening in the local market now, construction is coming back.
We closed one residential lot in my subdivision this month, with 2 more in the talking, I am hoping we can sell 5-6 lots this year.
I also bought out one partner in my subdivision this month, now I own 57.6% of voting rights in the subdivision, the partnership still owns 59 lots, plus I own 3 lots free and clear myself.
