两天前，本人斗胆写了一个中西部投资实例。很多大虾随后列出了自己的经验，让我受益匪浅。这里再次抛砖引玉，写出一个超低端投资房实例，望各位大虾指教。
美中西部，房子是2卧1厕的单户。一层带CRAWSPACE,仅772平方尺。07年底花了一万四千刀，修了五千刀。随后又花了大约五千刀修缮，主要是房顶。
