加州湾区炒房被套者的见面问候语

由于贪心，炒房被套牢，所以极为担心房价会进一步下跌。
大家见面时的问候语改为“你好，永远上涨”，“你好，接着涨”
严禁使用“跌”字，其同音字也禁止使用，爹、叠、跌、蝶、迭、谍、碟、喋
等字要改为别的发音，以免听了腿发软。
必须把已经下跌的房价数字修改为上涨数字，刊登出去。

投资时间不对，导致两年就能差出（多付或少付）二三十万美元，结果能一样么？
用花言巧语让别人往套里钻。心黑啊。
