我是这样想的：
1.在低油价下，不会有新的投资，由于油井产出的天然下滑，特别是SHALE油一年的50%的下滑，在2-3年的时间，油供应会下降，油价会回来，并稳定一段时期，直到新投资有信心得到15%的正常回报：
